September 10, 2021
Dear Residents, Families and Staff;
This serves as a follow up to our September 9th communication sent early this week.
Today, we were informed of two additional residents who have tested positive with COVID-19. In an effort to minimize risk of transmission for our residents we have moved all COVID-19 positive residents to a dedicated unit with private rooms.
Individuals who may have had close contact and potential exposure have been notified.
We continue to follow the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines and the NH Department Public Health (DPH) protocols.
Compassionate visits at this time are restricted to one visitor at a time and must be scheduled in advance through Social Services. Those scheduling compassionate care visits will continue to be required to sanitize their hands and place a mask and eye protection on immediately upon entry into the facility. Our screening process will continue with questions and temperature checks. Masks and eye protection must be worn at all times regardless of vaccination status. Visitors may be required to wear full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) before entering resident rooms.
Be well, be safe –
